Early on you may want to know the 10 warning sign of Alzheimer’s disease or how to work with your health care team. Later on information about driving and when to stop may be important. Throughout the journey, whether you have dementia or are a caregiver, it will help to know how to live well and stay healthy. And eventually managing personal care or choosing a care home may be areas where information and support will be helpful.
